Salutations! This week's 'Minder is about "Patron" Records.......and an Office365 tip.
1. There are a lot of "patron" records in the system that are NOT real patrons—almost 400 of them. They are users required for the Symphony software to function properly. It is very important never to modify these records in any way! This includes all the WD, DA, IP (Withdrawn, Damaged, In-Process, users respectively). Read more....
