This edition was inspired by the question: What does the Bill Reason “UI-ITEM” mean?
The short answer: UI means “Unreturned Item.” Yes, the Bill Reason is redundant. These are items that have been checkedout at least 18 months.
Excel Tip: CTRL-ALT-V, then “v” again will bring up the Paste Special dialog box. From there “v” will paste values only, but “u” will also include the number format (like %, or $); “e” will transpose Columns to Rows and vice versa. These are the ones I use the most.
