This workshop will give you the tools to...

  • Compare your library’s funding and services with those in similar-sized communities
  • Set goals for future planning
  • Work with elected officials to improve library funding and support.

This program is open to library staff, trustees, and your Friends group.

Bring your library's 2012 Annual Report -- you'll use it during an exercise in the workshop.

Presenter: Mark Arend, Assistant Director of Winnefox Library System.

We'll have a complimentary light buffet supper at the Thursday evening session.
