• Fines, Overdues, and Bears(?), oh my! -- OK, maybe no bears. Some interesting data and discussion about what (if any) impact fine rates have on number of overdues

Afternoon:

• 12:45 -1:30 Any leftovers we have time for.
• 1:30-3:30 Relais ILL/shared catalog software demo.  This is a product that can bridge different ILS's and catalogs from different library systems. It would be a way to simplify/automate patron borrowing from neighboring (esp FDL) library systems.  Presentation will be geared toward and attended by people from other library systems.
