Carolyn Brewer is an academic adviser for Tarrant County College, and works as an independent library consultant. She has over 20 years of experience in public libraries, including the last nine as Executive Director for the North Texas Library Partners. She speaks frequently at libraries and conferences about current concerns facing 21st century libraries.
