Follow the links below to choose your year/month and see statistics for all library's websites. If you want more information as to what parts of your websites are being used, send Jay an email to get instructions. For just raw totals, you need go no further.
When viewing statistics, you will see two sets of numbers. Sessions and Pageviews.
A session is an individual user accessing your site. So, if I go to your site, that counts as a visit. If, whilst I'm there, visit 4 pages it counts as 4 pageviews. Both of these numbers are very important. Sessions show you how many people are using your site on a monthly basis. Pageviews show you how much use your site is getting. If the two numbers are close to the same, it means that people are going to your site to go somewhere else. Such as hitting the home page, and going to the web catalog. If the two numbers have a big difference, it means people are spending time on your site, and using several pages when they're there.
