1:30-3:30  Collection Development Tips & Tools - A panel of Winnefox staff discuss practical tools & techniques to build & maintain a well-rounded collection for a library.

  • 1:30-2:10 – Weeding
    • Why, when, and how to weed 
    • What to do with weeded items 
    • How to communicate the importance of weeding to staff, board, public 
  • 2:10-3:00 – BlueCloud Tools & Reports 
    • Hands on report creation and overview of what to use when for weeding and selection
    • Benefits of using MobileStaff (formerly Mobile Circ)
    • Reporting to see what's been ordered and what's been spent
  • 3:00-3:30 – WCTS Selection Tools & Resources  - how WCTS builds their selection lists
