The morning will concentrate on Circulation related topics, such as:

• Complications with allowing a second renewal
• Working with Offline Circulation
• Misc. barcoding procedural updates: e-readers, MP3 CDs,
• Misc. procedural updates involving patrons: FDL patrons, renewing patrons
• Misc. other database maintenance updates
• Tips for tracking down holds information in WorkFlows

The early afternoon will concentrate on Public Services related topics, such as:

• Tips for getting better results when searching the catalog, with some explanations about how the catalog ranks search results. 
• Tips for getting better results when searching WorkFlows
• Update on the catalog—improvements done, still to be done
• Update on populating the Item Category 3

And there will be reports training/refresher at the end.
