Fox Valley Library Council Annual Meeting and Lunch & Learn

Cost: $5 for art center admission and lunch (payable onsite) (a $21.50 value)
Registration closed at 5pm Monday May 22, 2017.
Join us to take in art & gardens, enjoy lunch with colleagues, and participate in our annual business meeting.
Schedule:
- 10 - 11am — annual business meeting
- 11am - 11:45 am — catered lunch
- 11:45 am - ? — enjoy at your leisure the Paine's exhibitions & collections, and 20 gardens
Special art exhibition: paintings by Craig Blietz
From his studio in Door County, Wisconsin, Craig Blietz creates masterful paintings of farm animals and rural imagery that celebrate the dignity and quiet beauty of agrarian life. This exhibition features a new body of work by Blietz, "Close to the Forest," reflecting the inspiration he gleans from the serene landscapes and noble depictions of animals by French Barbizon School artists, many of whom are represented in the Paine’s collection.
Lunch catered by Zuppas:
- turkey, beef, curried chicken salad, and vegetarian sandwich & wrap platter

Fox Valley Library Council (FVLC) annual business meeting agenda:
- Call to order
- Approve meeting minutes from last meeting
- Treasurer’s report
- Amend the FVLC bylaws so they align with current practices of the organization:
- Article I: distribution of FVLC's assets upon dissolution: funds will be divided equally between OWLS & Winnefox
- Article IV: leadership comprised of a secretary and a treasurer, with remaining positions as directors at large
- Article VI: one annual meeting planned by the Board
- any other changes?
