WTEC consists of the directors at Berlin, Fond du Lac, Kingston, Menasha, Neenah, Oshkosh, Ripon, Wautoma, and Westfield, and the Winnefox director.  Cindy Wallace, Mark Arend, and Karen Boehning are non-voting members.  Other directors are welcome to attend.
