WTEC consists of the directors of the Berlin, Fond du Lac, Menasha, Neenah, Omro, Oshkosh, Princeton, Ripon, and Wautoma libraries and non-voting representatives from Winnefox, WCTS, and WALS.  Anyone is welcome to attend.
