Location: Ripon Public Library (map)
WiLS consultants Melissa McLimans and Laura Damon-Moore will be facilitating the process.
Participants should dress comfortably and expect an informal, hopefully fun session, spent with colleagues.
While the exact format and questions are being finalized, here’s what folks can expect for the member engagement session that is part of the Winnefox Strategic Planning process:
- A mix of small and large group discussion
- An environment that encourages sharing and conversation - it will be more informal and participants will be asked to think about and share their own experiences
- An opportunity to share ideas for how the system can best align with member needs
- A chance to offer ideas for the future of Winnefox - what it should focus on and how it gets the work of the system done.
More information will be shared with registrants a week prior to the session by the WInnefox Library System (WiLS will provide Clairellyn with an agenda).
The information gathered will be used to identify overarching themes or places where there is substantial consensus. This information will be one data set of several and the system planning team, along with WiLS, will look across data sets for shared themes. These areas of consensus generally point to strong potential goals and/or objectives in a strategic plan.
Meeting starts promptly at 9:30am. If you would like to enjoy coffee and a donut before we get started, please arrive from 9:10-9:30. Lunch will be provided at 12:30.
