Sendlist Report

As a reminder, for those who are printing out the report of the Sendlist (if you use the Onshelf Items Wizard in Workflows, the following doesn't apply):

On occassion, you will see an item duplicated on the Sendlist; for example, from Oshkosh's list:

Check that the barcode is in fact the same for both items. If so, and the only difference between the two is that one shows "C" and one shows "T", then treat the hold as a copy-level hold and find that barcode.

The technical details: when an item has a Title-level hold, and there is a Copy-level hold on any of the other copies, the report will list the item as having both Title and Copy level holds, without indicating which that item is actually for. This is caused by what the report is doing when it determines if a hold is a Copy-level hold or a Title-level hold; there is no way to force the report to identify which hold this item is going for.

What's important to know is that there is a hold on your item, and grabbing that specific barcode will ensure that if your item is for a Copy-level hold, the hold will be filled, while if it's actually for a Title-level hold, it will be filled by any barcode, including that one.
