- Cash Management Wizard -- good for any library, whether or not using credit cards.
- Credit Card Reader setup
- Principles of Credit Card Security
- Reporting.
- 10:30-ish-12:00 The Rest of the Meeting
- REfresh, REpeat, REmember! -- All those quickie reminders/refreshers about using the system--barcoding, patron records, item records, loan periods, weeding, etc.
- State of the System -- What's new, what's in the works, what's quirky...
- Play Nice! -- reminders/discussion about things libraries may do that impact other libraries
- 12:00-12:45 Lunch (Pizza) New Passwords will be handed out!
- 12:45-2:00 The Rest of the Meeting (Continued)
- Address Verification -- A new way to keep our patron records current and correct
- Which Reports should I be using?
- Getting setup to accept & track money for NON-Fine materials--Friends, Fundraisers, FAXes, etc
I expect there to be more than enough material to last until 2:00pm
