I am pleased to announce, following my training in writing custom reports, I have developed a custom report that will list the top circulating items in the library: Monthly Top Circ Items.

The report will rank the top fifty items that circ’d in the previous month (running the report on April 16th will consider all items that were checked out from March 1st through March 31st).

If you would like to use this report, please let me know so I can set up a template for your library. Because of the time and space it takes to run this type of report we are limiting it to top 50 in the past month.  If you need more than the top fifty items, or items from a longer span of time than the last month, please let me know and, as time permits, I can run a modified version of the report.
