You're in:  Extranet: Winnefox Library System

A few areas on the Extranet require you to enter a system username and password to log in.  Please enter your login credentials as demonstrated in the following illustrations, substituting your own username and password information.

Windows XP:

Under Windows XP, your username must be entered as "wals\username" in the username box, substituting your own username.  Please note that "wals/username" (with the slash in the opposite direction) won't work.
Please leave "Remember my password" UNCHECKED.

Windows NT/2000:

Please leave "Save this password in your password list" UNCHECKED.

If you experience trouble logging in to these areas, check to see that you are meeting the following requirements:

1) Make sure you are using , not

2) Passwords are case-sensitive, so be sure to check that your 'Caps Lock' key is off.

3) If you have an email account on the Winnefox Library System email system, confirm that you are entering the correct username/password combination by logging into your email

4) If you still are having trouble, you may want to clear your browser's saved passwords.  To do this, in Internet Explorer, choose the following:

a) Tools
b) Internet Options
c) Content
d) AutoComplete
e) Clear Passwords

This is often the fix if you ever CHECKED the "Remember my password" or "Save this password in your password list" boxes.
