Cindy Fesemyer will walk you through the steps you might take as you begin planning for your library and the community it serves. Starting with a brief peek at data collection options, the webinar will focus on what it means for your library to "turns outward" and secure its place at the heart of your community.

This webinar is part of the Wisconsin Trustee Training Week series — one-hour online information sessions you can attend from office or home, or on the go.  Use an hour to get new ideas, and learn about tools to support the library you serve.

All library board trustees, library staff, volunteers, and Friends group members are welcome to participate.  There is no charge.
