Deleting A Note or Comment to a User's Card

  1. Click the User Information and Display wizard.
  2. Click the Modify User wizard.
  3. Click the radio button for Name. Enter the borrower?s last name and the first letter of his first name. Click OK.
  4. Find the borrower on the list of results. Highlight the correct borrower.
  5. Click Modify User Record.
  6. Click the Extended Info tab.
  7. Click on the box for Notes or Comments.
  8. Click on the Delete Helper up in the upper right hand corner of the window. (It looks like a snowflake.) This erases the note or comment.

    Do not use the backspace or delete key or the Eraser Helper to erase a note. The program re-inserts the note or comment the second you close the window.

    When the Delete Helper (the snowflake helper) is used to delete a note or comment the whole box disappears! Don't worry. A whole new empty box is inserted when you call the record up again!
  9. Click OK.
  10. Click Close to exit the window.
