Workflows makes it possible to look at fines once a user has paid them.
- Click the User Information and Maintenance wizard.
- Click the User Display wizard.
- Search for the user. Advance to the tabbed display for the user.
- Click on the Bills tab.
- Click on the display options' raised box.
- Select the Paid radio button.
- Click OK.
- Now the window displays all the bills that have been paid.
The list of bills appears in the order of date paid. The oldest paid bill is at the top of the list; the most recent bill paid is at the bottom.
The date of the bill shown on the Bills tab is the date the item was returned or the date the bill was calculated.
Click on the glossary of each bill to locate the date the bill was paid and other related information.
The glossary for each fine contains the information about whether a bill was paid, forgiven, cancelled, etc.
- Click Close to exit the window. The screen resets itself to display the current bills when the window closes.
