Display User Holds Wizard

The Display User Holds wizard guides you through the process of viewing all holds placed by a specific user. This wizard is useful when a user asks if any of the requested holds are available (available means at a desk for pickup).

  1. Click the Display User Hold wizard.



  2. In the Lookup User step, identify the user. Click OK.
  3. If the user has Alerts, a screen displaying the Alert messages will precede the list of holds.



  4. Click OK.



  5. A list of holds placed by the user is displayed.

    Unavailable is the equivalent of Outstanding in the DRA system.
    Available is the equivalent of Hold on the DRA system.
    There is no COMMIT or DEFER.
  6. Review the next step options:
