Extended Info Tab

 

  1. This tab includes:

    Notes - Any notes on DRA were migrated into this field. No set number of characters. These notes show at checkout.

    Comment - Additional note field. No set number of characters. Shows at checkout.

    Birthdate - Enter birthdate in the following format: year month day. Each entry must have 8 digits. For example: 19491216 for 12/16/1949 or 19860302 for 3/2/1986.
  2. Click OK to create the user record.
