Modify User Wizard

Use the Modify User wizard to edit information in an existing user record. In the example below, the user has moved so the address information needs to be modified.

  1. Click the Modify User wizard . The Lookup User search screen displays.



  2. Select the corresponding radio button for the desired search method.
  3. Enter the appropriate information in the Lookup box according to the radio button selected. For example, click the Name button and enter a Name for one of the users you created.



  4. Click OK. If a match is made, a list of results will display. If a single match is made, that User Record opens.



  5. Click on the desired user and press ENTER or click Display This User.



  6. The patron record information always enters at the Basic tab. Make changes if needed or click on one of the following folder tabs to change information:
