Automatically filtering unwanted E-mail messages
Organizing messages helps to reduce clutter in your Inbox, and to make it easier to find the messages you want. It's also very useful when you are receiving unwanted email. How to: Step 1 From the Outlook Mail Window menu, select Tools/Rules Wizard
Step 2 Select 'Check Messages when they arrive'
Step 3 Select specific words in the sender's address. Click on the underlined words in the bottom window and enter Hahaha and click OK
Step 4 In the next window, select 'permanently delete it'
Step 5 Except if from the ihelp group or someone you know. This step is optional and can be skipped.
Step 6 Now select ihelp from you email address list
And your next screen will look something like this:
Step 7 Now Give the rule a name (call it Hahaha if you like)
Click on Finish and you're done. |
