Configuring Outlook 2000 to Synchronize with Offline FoldersTo ensure your folders are being synchronized, click the Tools menu, point to Synchronize, and then click Off-line Folder Settings:
Here you may select which folders are synchronized by placing a check in the box next to the folder name. You will want to make sure there is a check next to any folder you have e-mail in that you find important enough to keep. A + sign next to a folder indicates that there are subfolders under the root folder, clicking on the + sign will expand the view to show the subfolders. Under Options, be sure to select Download Off-line Address Book and Synchronize Forms boxes:
To finish, click OK. Now, each time you exit Outlook, your e-mail will synchronize.
If you have any questions, please call or e-mail Jody or Pete. |
