Configuring Outlook 2002/XP/2003 to Synchronize with Offline Folders
To ensure your folders are being synchronized, click the Tools menu, point to Send/Receive Settings, and then click Define Send/Receive Groups...:
You should now see the box below. Make sure the boxes on yours are checked in the same way as the screen shot:
Once that is set, click on the Edit button which will bring up this box:

Right-click on Mailbox - Your Name and click on Check All Subfolders:
Finally, click on OK and then Close. Now, each time you exit Outlook, your e-mail will synchronize.
