Click Permissions, click Add:
Click the name(s) of the person you want to give permission to view your calendar and click the Add button. When done, click the OK button. Click the person's name from the list at the top. On the bottom of that dialog box is where you set their permissions. If you want that person to be able to view entries in your calendar, check the Read items box. When done, click the OK button. To view a calendar you have permissions to, click the File menu, click Open, click Other User's Folder...
Type in the person's name, or click Name button and choose it from the list. Make sure the Folder area says Calendar. Click OK. If you have proper permissions to that person's calendar, it should now be open. If you don't, it will give you an error message stating it was unable to open folder. When someone else views your calendar, all your private appointments will show up as being a private appointment and will not disclose any information regarding the appointment.
