Sorting Mail Messages

By default, messages are sorted by the date and time in descending order; however, you can change the sort order as desired.

How to:

Click on the Inbox icon in the Outlook Bar:

Inbox button

Click the field you wish to sort by:

Sort order

Clicking the field once will sort the messages in descending order. Clicking it again will sort them in ascending order.
