Creating a Signature

You can use an AutoSignature to automatically add a signature line to each new message you create.A sample signature (mine) is pictured below:

How to:

Click the Tools menu.

Select the Options command.

Click the Mail Format tab.

Click the Signature Picker button.

Select New.

Type a name for the signature, and click Next.

Type what you would like your signature to say.

Click Finish, click OK, click OK.
