Outlook - Basic ManualInbox Printing Messages Outlook provides two different ways to print messages, depending on your needs. How to: If you want to quickly print a copy of a message, choose the message, click the Print button:
If you'd like to have control over the formatting of the message being printed, select the File menu, and select the Print command. This will bring up the Print dialog box, pictured below:
Outlook provides two predefined print styles: Memo Style and Table Style. Memo Style, the default format, prints the selected message in a memo format. Table Style prints all the message headers or selected headers listed in the information viewer in a table format. You can specify the number of copies you want to print and whether or not they should be collated. Click the Preview button:
This will show you what the page will actually look like printed.Click OK to print.
