Outlook - Basic ManualInbox Forwarding Messages Forwarding a message is similar to replying to a message. How to: Click the message you want to forward. Click the Forward button:
Once that message window is up, you will need to click the To button:
Choose who you want to receive the forwarded message. You may also notice that before the subject Outlook has placed the letters Fw:. This notifies the person receiving your message that it is a forwarded message. You can add your own text above, or below, the automatically inserted text of the original message. Once that is done, you can simply click the Send button:
When you forward a message, a blue right-pointing arrow appears attached to the envelope symbol next to the message in your Inbox folder.
