Here is a list of the various distribution lists hosted by the Exchange server or the old Alpha. Exchange distribution lists show up in bold type in the global address book. To see specifically who is on each of these lists, Go into Outlook's Address Book and double-click on the name of the list. To send a message to one of these lists, either select the list from the global address book, or type the name of the list in the To: line.

Special Interest Lists

Adult Services Discussion -- For the discussion of topics of interest to staff providing adult services. To join this list, contact Mark Arend.

ESL Grant -- For people involved with the Winnebago County English as a Second Language grant project. To learn more about this program or the list, contact Mark Arend.

LSTA Spanish Language Project -- A list for those people involved with this LSTA grant project. To learn more about this list or the project, contact Mark Arend.

WYS GUYS -- Youth Services Discussion. To join this list, contact Mark Arend.

IandR(at)axp.winnefox.org -- A list for the discussion of topics of interest to human service agencies. This list is composed primarily of people outside our system and includes people from various agencies in the Fox Valley area, primarily Winnebago County, and a few state agencies. WALS -- list of everyone with a WALS-hosted email account at a WALS-automated library. Does not include FDL, or staff at other Winnefox libraries that aren't automated. Does include libraries that are in the process of automating. Does not include libraries that may have T1 lines but aren't in the automation process.

Libraries/Agencies whose staff are currently included in the WALS distribution list:

Winnefox -- The List of every email address for EVERY staff person with a work/business email address in the Winnefox Library Sytem-at least everyone we know about. Many libraries have staff who may have personal email accounts but don't have official email accounts. Those staff members are not included. Includes FDL, and all the non-automated libraries.
